Position Summary
NTT DATA is seeking a Business Analyst / QA Lead in Toronto, Ontario, for a temporary employment opportunity anticipated through September 30, 2027.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define mappings, transformation rules, interoperability requirements, and integration specifications.
- Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Create and lead testing activities covering functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Perform API, flat-file, batch-processing, reconciliation, validation, and defect-management activities.
- Maintain traceability and collaborate with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Lead.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, interoperability frameworks, API testing, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with flat files, EDI, CSV, XML, data exchange, data mapping, and validation.
- Experience with integration and end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or contact center integration experience.
- SQL and database validation experience.
- Cloud platform, middleware, or API integration testing experience.
- CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB, or Scrum certification.
