Role Overview
NTT DATA is hiring a Senior Pega SME (Production Support) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The role focuses on Pega PRPC production support and senior Pega engineering responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Pega nodes, clusters, and application lifecycles across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
- Package application rules using RAP or Product Rules and manage deployments with Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins.
- Monitor system health using Pega Diagnostic Cloud, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Optimize JVM heap, thread pools, and queue processors.
- Perform root cause analysis for application issues and indexing problems, and investigate database bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of Pega experience.
- At least 5 years of production support experience.
- At least 5 years of Pega administration experience.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Pega PRPC production support.
- Proficiency in RDBMS and Linux or Windows administration.
Compensation
- The stated starting compensation range is CAD $88,616 to $128,260.
