Compensation
- Salary range is INR 500,000 to INR 1,500,000 per year, equivalent to INR 5–15 LPA.
Role Summary
Work directly with the owner to map business processes, identify gaps, design improved systems, and implement them in software.
Serve as a quality filter by reviewing analytical work, quotations, Excel models, and formulas for errors, structure, and logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes by speaking with stakeholders across departments and map current process flows.
- Map production planning, forecasting, costing, and similar business processes.
- Identify process gaps and design improved systems.
- Implement systems using Python, pandas, Excel, or equivalent tools.
- Build and maintain automation for recurring analysis and reporting.
- Review the team's Excel work, quotations, formulas, and models before they reach the owner.
- Translate the owner's requirements into working, tested solutions and execute them end to end.
Must-Have Skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, workbook structuring, and auditing other people's sheets.
