- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities across China and South Korea
- Analyze international banking trends, trade corridors, FDI flows, and competitive landscapes
- Evaluate market entry opportunities, client segments, and strategic partnerships
- Develop business cases supported by financial analysis, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations
- Support the implementation of the bank's international expansion and connectivity strategy
- Analyze business requirements for expanding Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Investment Banking, and GTB capabilities
- Assist in developing market entry frameworks and international client coverage models
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing cross border business opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements from Corporate Banking, GTB, Product, Operations, Risk, and Strategy teams
- Support the design of Target Operating Models (TOM) and international business operating frameworks
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to support international growth
- Prepare process maps, functional requirements, and business documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related discipline
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 10–12+ years of banking experience
- Strong background in International Banking, Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Strategic Business Development, or Business Analysis
- Proven experience supporting international expansion, market entry, or cross border business initiatives
- Experience working with China and/or South Korea markets highly preferred
- Exposure to Trade Finance, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), connectivity strategies, and international client coverage models
- Experience in operating model design, business process analysis, or transformation initiatives is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – International Expansion to support the bank's strategic expansion initiatives across China and South Korea.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing market opportunities, supporting market entry strategies, developing business cases, and enabling the growth of Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and FDI flows.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related discipline.
