Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Sales Coverage & Operating Model to support the design, implementation, and optimization of the bank's enterprise wide sales coverage model.
  • The role will focus on analyzing existing client coverage structures, documenting business requirements, designing target operating models, and enabling collaboration across Coverage, Relationship Management (RM), Product, and subsidiary teams.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to initiatives that improve client coverage effectiveness, strengthen governance, increase cross selling opportunities, and support the bank's "One Bank" client management strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Current State Assessment: Analyze existing sales coverage models, client ownership structures, and relationship management processes.
  • Assess client portfolios, coverage allocation, and revenue contribution across business segments.
  • Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform current state (As Is) assessments and support future state (To Be) operating model design.
  • Conduct impact assessments for proposed business and process changes.
  • Requirements Gathering & Operating Model Design: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Coverage, Relationship Management, Product, and subsidiary stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications using JIRA or similar Agile tools.
  • Support the design of target operating models, governance structures, and client engagement frameworks.
  • Develop business process maps, operating model documentation, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Validate business requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Coverage, Relationship Management, Product, Technology, Operations, and subsidiary teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements validation sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Management, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI PBA) or Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Required Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise operating model, sales effectiveness, or organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, or Wholesale Banking environments.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management tools.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.
