- Drive transformation initiatives across credit policies, risk appetite frameworks, approval authorities, and sector/product risk strategies
- Lead assessment and redesign of credit processes
- Embed RAROC principles into decision making
- Establish differentiated approval frameworks across sectors, products, and geographies
Requirements
- 7–10 years of banking experience in Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Risk Analytics, Credit Governance, or Business Analysis
- Experience supporting credit transformation, policy enhancement, or risk management initiatives
- Exposure to portfolio analytics and risk reporting preferred

Role Overview

Requirements
