Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate and trading client transaction flows to identify cash management and trade finance revenue opportunities
- Identify wallet share gaps, underutilized products, and fee income enhancement opportunities
- Support fee income analysis, revenue optimization, and product penetration initiatives
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and management insights for transaction banking performance
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cash management and trade finance solutions
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process documentation
- Map end to end transaction banking processes from initiation to settlement
- Support solution design across cash management, payments, trade finance, etc.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across trade finance and cash management
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Business teams during solution implementation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and issue resolution
- Act as liaison between Business, GTB Product, Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Experience in Trade Finance, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience working in Qatar banking sector is highly preferred
- Experience supporting digital banking or transformation initiatives is an advantage
- MBA or Master's Degree is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Domestic Wholesale Banking and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) teams in driving cash management and trade finance fee growth across corporate and trading clients in Qatar.
- The successful candidate will analyze client transaction flows, identify revenue opportunities, gather business requirements, and support the digitization of cash and trade finance processes.
- This role acts as the key liaison between Business, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance transaction banking efficiency, improve client experience, and maximize fee income through digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate and trading client transaction flows to identify cash management and trade finance revenue opportunities.
- Identify wallet share gaps, underutilized products, and fee income enhancement opportunities.
- Support fee income analysis, revenue optimization, and product penetration initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and management insights for transaction banking performance.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cash management and trade finance solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process documentation.
- Map end to end transaction banking processes from initiation to settlement.
- Support solution design across Cash Management, Payments & Collections, Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts, Trade Finance, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Solutions, Pre/Post Shipment Finance.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across trade finance and cash management.
- Assist in implementing digital trade platforms and cash management solutions.
- Participate in workflow automation, digital onboarding, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Business teams during solution implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience in Trade Finance, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Business Analysis.
- Experience working in Qatar banking sector is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting digital banking or transformation initiatives is an advantage.
