Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Institutions (FI) client portfolios to identify cross sell opportunities, wallet share gaps, and revenue growth potential
- Conduct portfolio assessments to evaluate product penetration, utilization, and client profitability
- Develop business cases and recommendations supported by data analysis and market insights
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Coverage, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, Operations, and Technology stakeholders
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and client engagement frameworks
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and business requirements for technology and product enhancements
- Map and evaluate end to end client onboarding, fulfillment, and lifecycle management processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives in partnership with Operations and Technology teams
- Act as the liaison between Business, Coverage, Operations, Product Management, Risk, Technology, and Finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 7–10 years of experience within Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, or Wholesale Banking
- Strong experience in Financial Institutions (FI) Coverage, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Global Markets (GM), Corporate Lending, or Business Analysis
- Experience supporting operating model design, client onboarding transformation, or cross sell activation initiatives
- Proven experience working in matrixed, multi product banking environments
- Exposure to regional banking markets, particularly Turkey and Egypt, is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – FI Cross Sell Activation & Operating Model to support the strategic delivery of Financial Institutions (FI) Cross Sell Activation initiatives across the Turkey and Egypt markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Institutions (FI) client portfolios to identify cross sell opportunities, wallet share gaps, and revenue growth potential.
- Conduct portfolio assessments to evaluate product penetration, utilization, and client profitability.
- Develop business cases and recommendations supported by data analysis and market insights.
- Support strategic initiatives to increase adoption of Lending, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Cash Management, and Global Markets products.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Coverage, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and client engagement frameworks.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and business requirements for technology and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Management teams to enhance institutional banking capabilities.
- Map and evaluate end to end client onboarding, fulfillment, and lifecycle management processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience.
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives in partnership with Operations and Technology teams.
- Monitor implementation of onboarding improvements and service delivery enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Required Experience
- 7–10 years of experience within Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, or Wholesale Banking.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following: Financial Institutions (FI) Coverage, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Global Markets (GM), Corporate Lending, Business Analysis, Business Transformation.
- Experience supporting operating model design, client onboarding transformation, or cross sell activation initiatives.
- Proven experience working in matrixed, multi product banking environments.
- Exposure to regional banking markets, particularly Turkey and Egypt, is preferred.
