Role Overview
Support the execution and maintenance of bridge projects in Al Ain.
Assist with site supervision, construction quality, project coordination, and compliance with specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation of bridge structures.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare site reports, inspection requests, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Support quality control and inspection activities related to bridge works.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental requirements.
- Review construction drawings, identify technical issues, and support project planning and scheduling.
- Participate in site inspections and client or consultant meetings.
- Provide technical support during construction and maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bridge construction and/or bridge maintenance projects in the UAE.
- Good understanding of bridge structures, construction methods, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle for project-related travel are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in Al Ain and travel to project sites as required.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with road and bridge projects for UAE government authorities or major infrastructure contractors is an additional qualification.
Familiarity with quality control, site inspection processes, UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and best practices is an additional qualification.
