- Drive implementation and governance of brand standards across all properties

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 10 years experience in luxury hospitality with focus on Brand Operations, Hotel Operations, Quality Assurance, Guest Experience, or Brand Standards
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and service excellence
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Role Overview
- We are looking to hire a Brand Operations Manager for a luxury hospitality client in Dubai.
- This is initially a 6 month contract, renewable based on performance.
- The role requires extensive experience in luxury hospitality, brand standards, hotel operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and governance of brand standards across all properties to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Partner with hotel operations and corporate teams to embed brand standards into day to day operations.
- Conduct brand compliance reviews, operational audits, and property assessments, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and update brand operational guidelines, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Support hotel openings, renovations, conversions, and brand enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor operational performance and guest feedback to identify trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support brand training and capability building programs.
- Lead cross functional projects that enhance brand consistency and elevate the luxury guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6–10 years' experience within luxury hospitality, with experience in Brand Operations, Hotel Operations, Quality Assurance, Guest Experience, or Brand Standards.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and service excellence.
- Experience working across multiple hotel properties or regional operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining brand standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hospitality quality or audit platforms is advantageous.
