Role Overview

  • We are looking to hire a Brand Operations Manager for a luxury hospitality client in Dubai.
  • This is initially a 6 month contract, renewable based on performance.
  • The role requires extensive experience in luxury hospitality, brand standards, hotel operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and governance of brand standards across all properties to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Partner with hotel operations and corporate teams to embed brand standards into day to day operations.
  • Conduct brand compliance reviews, operational audits, and property assessments, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and update brand operational guidelines, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support hotel openings, renovations, conversions, and brand enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and guest feedback to identify trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support brand training and capability building programs.
  • Lead cross functional projects that enhance brand consistency and elevate the luxury guest experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6–10 years' experience within luxury hospitality, with experience in Brand Operations, Hotel Operations, Quality Assurance, Guest Experience, or Brand Standards.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and service excellence.
  • Experience working across multiple hotel properties or regional operations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining brand standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hospitality quality or audit platforms is advantageous.
