Responsibilities
- Execute brand marketing activities and business initiatives in alignment with company objectives and market development plans
- Support the growth of assigned markets by identifying new customers, business opportunities, and industry partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs, gather feedback, and strengthen brand presence
- Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, product demonstrations, and customer engagement events
- Support the implementation of brand promotion and market activation activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Assist in developing sales support materials, product presentations, and marketing collateral
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and Headquarters teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional initiatives
- Support channel development and customer acquisition activities to expand market coverage
- Collect and analyze market information, customer feedback, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer facing activities and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Sales Support, or a related role
- Experience in organizing and participating in exhibitions, trade events, customer engagement activities, and market development initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Good understanding of brand promotion, market research, customer engagement, and channel development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self motivated, and results oriented with a strong commercial mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, exhibitions, and market development activities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
