Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial performance and strategic growth of a portfolio of aspirational fashion brands
- Develop Retail, Wholesale and E commerce business opportunities across the region
- Evaluate and execute new store opening opportunities alongside regional stakeholders
- Manage delegated brand relationships, acting as the key commercial partner between Chalhoub Group and international brand principals
- Attend seasonal buying sessions, developing assortments that meet regional customer needs
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Retail, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and external partners to ensure successful execution
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and brand partners to deliver long term business success
- Lead and develop a future Buyer and Retail Manager
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Brand Management, Buying, Merchandising, Wholesale, Retail Management or a similar commercial fashion role
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry and regional market dynamics
- Commercial mindset with experience growing brands and delivering business performance
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience participating in buying, assortment planning or commercial product decisions
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region and internationally

Role Overview
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Brand Manager to lead our Premium Fashion portfolio of brands across the region.
- This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth journey of the following brands: Adolfo Dominguez, Axel Arigato, MC2 Saint Barth and CWF, driving their success across Retail, Wholesale and E commerce channels.
What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need To Succeed
- 5+ years' experience in Brand Management, Buying, Merchandising, Wholesale, Retail Management or a similar commercial fashion role.
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry and regional market dynamics.
- Experience managing premium or luxury fashion brands is highly desirable.
- Commercial mindset with experience growing brands and delivering business performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Experience participating in buying, assortment planning or commercial product decisions.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region and internationally.
