- Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with long term business objectives
- Assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of signature brand experiences and service concepts
- Coordinate the rollout of brand initiatives and act as liaison between corporate teams and operating units
- Develop brand related training materials and tools to facilitate adoption across the organization
- Support the development and maintenance of brand standards and governance processes
- Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and strategic partners

Requirements
- 5 7 years in brand and marketing management
- Hands on experience collaborating with creative agencies or within the Hospitality sector
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
- Project management skills encompassing planning and execution

Role Overview
- We are looking to hire a Brand Management Consultant to support the continued evolution, positioning, and growth of a leading hospitality brand portfolio.
- This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape differentiated brand experiences, strengthen brand governance, and drive initiatives that enhance brand equity.
- This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 5 months and is renewable.
- The role reports to the Senior Director – Brand Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand strategy and development: supporting the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with long term business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Brand Experience & Guest Journey: assist in the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of signature brand experiences, rituals, and service concepts.
- Brand Governance & Implementation: coordinate the rollout of brand initiatives and act as a liaison between corporate teams, regional stakeholders, and operating units.
- Develop brand related training materials and tools to facilitate adoption and engagement across the organization.
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of brand standards and governance processes.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management: manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Project Management: facilitate multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross functional teams to support brand priorities and initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 5 7 years in brand and marketing management.
- Hands on experience collaborating with creative agencies or within the Hospitality sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Functional expertise in brand management and the development of marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
