About The Role
Oversee branch service functions to deliver superior customer experiences, enhance cross-selling initiatives, and ensure adherence to defined service standards and operational controls.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute branch activities related to new business accurately and within defined timelines, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Actively promote and sell appropriate financial products to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate information and professional guidance to customers in line with the Staff Code of Conduct.
- Support overall branch operations under the guidance of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support effective branch functioning.
- Ensure full compliance with the Branch Governance Charter, service standards, and operational controls.
- Follow established Operating Procedures and maintain consistent adherence to them.
- Deliver assigned sales and service tasks with precision and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while consistently delivering superior customer service.
- Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements and participate in mandatory training programs.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support business objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
- Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
