About The Role

Oversee branch service functions to deliver superior customer experiences, enhance cross-selling initiatives, and ensure adherence to defined service standards and operational controls.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute branch activities related to new business accurately and within defined timelines, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Actively promote and sell appropriate financial products to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information and professional guidance to customers in line with the Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Support overall branch operations under the guidance of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support effective branch functioning.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Branch Governance Charter, service standards, and operational controls.
  • Follow established Operating Procedures and maintain consistent adherence to them.
  • Deliver assigned sales and service tasks with precision and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while consistently delivering superior customer service.
  • Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements and participate in mandatory training programs.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support business objectives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
  • Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
