The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve financial targets, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all branch operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
- Develop and implement sales and business strategies
- Monitor branch financial performance (revenue, expenses, profitability)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts
- Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operations
- Build relationships with clients and the local community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Ability to make strategic decisions
