BIM Lead / Coordinator - Interior Design

Role Overview

Location and Employment

• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Employment type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate BIM project federation and manage the BIM workflow.
• Manage and maintain the BIM execution plan and ensure team compliance.
• Implement BIM project standards and lead weekly internal BIM coordination meetings.
• Execute quality control procedures and perform clash detection.
• Administer and maintain models daily.
• Monitor and control weekly BIM progress submissions and integrate models from different disciplines.
• Provide BIM training where needed.
• Lead the creation of highly detailed and advanced families.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Manage a BIM team and participate confidently in client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience with strong exposure to interior design or fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Revit for interior design or architecture, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and coordination processes.
• Experience working on UAE or GCC projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360, ACC, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements in Dubai.
