Role Overview
LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants is seeking a BIM/CAD Architect/Draftsman for concept design work.
The role develops technical architectural drawings and BIM models that comply with Dubai regulations and local building standards.
The position supports apartment layouts based on sketches or direction from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare code-compliant technical architectural drawings, BIM models, and authority area calculations.
- Develop concept design documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Produce high-quality Revit models with accurate BIM standards and project coordination.
- Prepare authority submission drawings and respond to technical comments.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Support project teams from concept through schematic design while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in an architectural consultancy within the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows and standards.
