Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
- Experience handling customer payments or billing queries
- Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills
