- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Program Overview
- Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm with entrepreneurial, action and results oriented professionals.
- The Bidayah Graduate Program is a 12 month program starting October 2026 for Saudi nationals.
- Participants will gain exposure to multiple clients from different industries and work alongside ambitious professionals.
How you will contribute
- Support a variety of projects across A&M's Middle East operations and client engagements.
- Develop company and industrial analyses.
- Support research initiatives and new business development.
- Gain exposure to strategy and performance improvement consulting, financial and operational restructuring, and more.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationals.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high ranking university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and solution orientation.
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Application and Assessment Process
- Applications accepted until 30 June 2026.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to virtual and in person interviews in July and August.
- Program starts in early October 2026 and lasts for 12 months.
