- Saudi national
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high ranking university
- Minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and solution orientation
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- We have an exciting 12 month graduate program opportunity starting in October 2026 for someone looking to kickstart their career in management consulting.
- The Bidayah Program develops, motivates, and inspires high potential Saudi graduates to achieve their full potential.
How you will contribute
- You will play an active part in supporting a variety of projects across A&M’s Middle East operations and client engagements.
- Depending on your interests and educational background, you will gain exposure to: Strategy and performance improvement consulting, financial and/or operational restructuring, developing company and industrial analyses, supporting research initiatives and new business development.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationals
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high‑ranking university
- Holding a minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and solution orientation.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills, able to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Able to research, analyse and present information clearly
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
