- Saudi national
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited high ranking university
- Minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The Team
- A&M KSA is a Saudi based and Saudi focused business, fully integrated with a global firm.
- We have an exciting 12 month graduate program opportunity starting in October 2026.
How You Will Contribute
- Support a variety of projects across A&M’s Middle East operations and client engagements.
- Gain exposure to: Strategy and performance improvement consulting; Defining and redefining strategy; Financial and/or operational restructuring; Work on client engagements; Develop company and industrial analyses; Support research initiatives and new business development.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationals
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited, high‑ranking university
- Holding a minimum GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and solution orientation.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills
- Able to research, analyse and present information clearly
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Essential Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Initiative driven; High ethical standards; Strong interpersonal skills; Action orientated.

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to virtual and in person interviews in July and August.
- Program starts in early October 2026 and lasts 12 months.
