About the Role
AccorHotel is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bellman to join their team in Dubai. The Bellman will be the first point of contact for guests, managing porterage operations, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and recommendations for hotel facilities
- Supervise and participate in the handling, storage, and safekeeping of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate and support guest arrival and departure experiences, working collaboratively with the doorman and reception teams
- Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired car services according to established priorities and procedures
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager when appropriate
- Maintain the hotel entrance and driveway operations in accordance with established service standards and code of ethics
- Promote inter hotel sales and in house facilities to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure all tasks are performed in adherence with workplace safety and health policies and procedures
- Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver personalized and efficient service encounters
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times

Job Description
