About the Role

- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain hotel entrance and driveway operations according to service standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment
- Self motivated with good initiative

Job Description
- Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism
- Supervise and participate in handling, storage, and safekeeping of baggage
- Coordinate and support guest arrival and departure experiences
- Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired car services
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain hotel entrance and driveway operations
- Promote inter hotel sales and in house facilities
- Ensure tasks performed in adherence with workplace safety and health policies
- Work closely with colleagues across departments
- Maintain security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills
- Ascertains and addresses guest/colleague needs
- Trains and motivates individuals
- Focuses on service with an eye for detail
- Works well under pressure
- Prioritises and organises work assignments
- Self motivates and shows good initiative
- Ensures security and confidentiality
