About the Position

  • Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bell Attendant to join the front services (bell & door) team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and resort amenities.
  • Handle guest luggage during check in, check out, and room changes.
  • Safely store and retrieve guest belongings in the luggage room.
  • Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with valet services.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, including deliveries and errands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby areas.
  • Support VIP arrivals with personalized service and discretion.
  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
  • Communicate effectively with front desk, concierge, and other departments.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper handling of guest items.
