Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage
- Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and resort amenities
- Handle guest luggage during check in, check out, and room changes
- Safely store and retrieve guest belongings in the luggage room
- Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with valet services
- Respond promptly to guest requests including deliveries and errands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk and lobby areas
- Support VIP arrivals with personalized service and discretion
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered
- Communicate effectively with front desk, concierge, and other departments
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper handling of guest items

About the Position
- Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bell Attendant to join the front services (bell & door) team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and resort amenities.
- Handle guest luggage during check in, check out, and room changes.
- Safely store and retrieve guest belongings in the luggage room.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with valet services.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including deliveries and errands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby areas.
- Support VIP arrivals with personalized service and discretion.
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
- Communicate effectively with front desk, concierge, and other departments.
