Role Overview
The Bell Attendant supports guest arrivals, departures, luggage handling, inquiries, and concierge operations.
The role contributes to an efficient hotel operation and a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and warmly from arrival through departure.
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on hotel and local services.
- Monitor guest profiles through the Opera Guest profile system.
- Transport luggage between arrival points, rooms, and departure points.
- Manage and deliver messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees.
- Distribute morning newspapers to guest rooms when needed.
- Keep the concierge desk and storage room clean, tidy, and organized.
Standards and Procedures
- Uphold organizational environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Follow the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Provide friendly and professional service to hotel guests.
- Maintain effective communication with relevant hotel departments.
