Role Overview
Handle luggage, assist with guest inquiries, and maintain an organized concierge desk.
Support hotel efficiency and contribute to a welcoming and positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and provide service from arrival through departure.
- Communicate with relevant departments to support seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on hotel and local services and related changes.
- Monitor guest profiles through the Opera Guest profile system.
- Transport guest luggage from arrival to rooms and from rooms to the departure point.
- Manage and promptly deliver messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees.
- Distribute morning newspapers to guest rooms when needed.
- Keep the concierge desk and storage room clean, tidy, and organized.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- Professional and friendly communication with guests throughout arrival and departure.
- Ability to transport guest luggage safely between arrival points, rooms, and departure points.
- Ability to communicate effectively with relevant hotel departments to support seamless service delivery.
- Ability to keep concierge and storage areas clean, tidy, and organized.
