Provide efficient and friendly food and beverage service to support exceptional guest experiences.
Contribute to the success of food and beverage operations through service, coordination, and standards compliance.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Take orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously.
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and food and beverage team members.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide efficient and friendly food and beverage service.
