About the Job

Jumeirah is hiring a Bell Attendant - Concierge for Madinat Jumeirah from October 2026 onwards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver messages, parcels, mail, newspapers, and other requested items to guest rooms after verifying guest names and room numbers.
  • Identify and assist with security matters for guests checking into the SBU.
  • Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and provide a polite, warm welcome.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Valet to escort guests to rooms and demonstrate room facilities.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and collecting luggage while protecting guest belongings.
  • Perform related tasks and duties assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Higher Secondary School certificate or country-specific certification is required.
  • The role is entry-level and calls for 0–1 year of hospitality industry experience.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is required.
  • Knowledge of Russian, Spanish, French, or Arabic is desired.
