Bell Attendant Duties
- Handle guest luggage during arrivals and departures with care and professionalism.
- Greet guests and guide them through the hotel, lobby, entrance, and parking areas.
- Coordinate guest movement during peak times.
- Provide information and directions about the hotel’s layout, services, and amenities.
- Follow safety and security procedures and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Maintain a polished appearance and collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards and support hotel operations as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous bellman or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
- Physical fitness is needed to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and uniform standards are required.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts is required.
- Teamwork, multitasking, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are required.
- Knowledge of Dubai attractions, dining, and local services is listed as a qualification.
