Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous bellman or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and attention to grooming and uniform standards.
- Flexible availability for various shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and helpful attitude.
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service standards.
- Basic computer skills for guest requests and department communication.
