- Participate in a fully customised rotational programme across key Emirates NBD departments and strategic projects
- Complete a three phased, individualised learning plan to build critical future and digital skills
- Attend regular check ins with the Emiratisation team
- Get involved in graduate life at Emirates NBD to build internal networks and give back to the community
- Receive bi monthly performance reviews
Requirements
- UAE National with no or very limited work experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher (all majors)
- Ambitious, ready to take on challenges and willing to learn
- Love diversity
