- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Coach, train, and develop beauty advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to maximize revenue
- Ensure product displays, merchandising standards, and store presentation are maintained at all times
- Manage stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control activities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences within the beauty industry
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in store events
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance feedback to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or luxury retail sales
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of beauty products, skincare routines, and customer consultation techniques
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems

Job Summary
