- Manage day to day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- CPA qualification is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month end activities, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance related matters and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and schedules.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and maintaining proper filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
