- Oversee salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees
- Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
- Evaluate supply and availability of stocks, and profit margins
- Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
- Monitor shelves stocks and product displays, and general appearance of the store
- Investigate market trends and offer products that appeal to customers
- Address customers' requests, comments, and complaints
- Motivate employees to achieve targets
- Train new staff members and schedule shifts
Requirements
- 5 years+ of Luxury Fragrances Retail management experience in the UAE mandatory
- 3 years+ of successful sales achievement of retail stores / store in store @100%+ of target, minimum 6 locations/outlets
- Personal grooming at high standard
