Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build guest loyalty
- Address customer queries about products, prices, availability, and uses
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance to meet expectations
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
- Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge
- Track sell out targets at store level and generate daily sales reports
- Participate in achieving incentives and track post launch sales
- Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines
- Replenish stock in appropriate shelves/counters at appropriate times
- Report stock shortages using stock order form
- Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong loyalty.
- Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
- Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
- Sell out target tracking at store level.
- Generate daily sales reports.
- Participate in achieving incentives.
- Track post launch sales at store level.
- Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure in store stock replenishment in appropriate shelves/counters at appropriate times.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.
