About the Role

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hard and soft FM services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Manage the full tendering process, including PQQ, RFQs, and RFPs
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to prepare competitive bids
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations after contract award
- Align business development strategies with company objectives
- Review contract terms, pricing strategies, and service scope
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in business development within Facility Management or related industry
- Proven track record in securing FM contracts
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, and pricing models
- Ability to build long term client relationships
- Strategic thinking and market awareness
