- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair BD (Bar & Rod) Mill Stands, Guides, and associated rolling mill equipment
- Perform guide setting, stand alignment, roll changes, and equipment adjustments to ensure efficient rolling operations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BD mill stands and guide systems
- Inspect mill components for wear and recommend replacements to minimize production downtime
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during mill changeovers and breakdowns
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a BD Mill Stand & Guide Fitter in a steel rolling mill
- Strong hands on experience with BD mill stands, guide setting, alignment, roll changing, and maintenance
- Good troubleshooting skills with rolling mill mechanical equipment
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Excellent in English

Job Description

Qualifications
