- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock levels and ordering supplies
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front of house and back of house teams to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Experience in bartending or beverage service

Role Overview
- Raffles The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and customer focused Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team.
- In this role, you will craft exceptional cocktails and beverages while delivering outstanding service in our upscale resort environment.
- You will be the face of our bar operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests through your expertise, professionalism, and engaging personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of non alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar station, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly maintained.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections and menu offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments with precision.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with front of house and back of house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring repeat visits.
- Maintain composure and efficiency during peak service periods in a fast paced environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures while representing the Raffles brand with excellence.
