- Prepare and serve a variety of non alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar station.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS system.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, ordering supplies, minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with front of house and back of house teams.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain composure during peak service periods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
