- Curate and present an exquisite selection of hand crafted alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
- Engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner, taking orders and making tailored recommendations
- Process payments with precision and efficiency, handling cash and operating the point of sale system
- Maintain extensive knowledge of premium beverage menus, ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods
- Ensure the bar area is luxuriously decorated, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Employ inventory management techniques including tracking usage, reordering supplies, and conducting stock checks
- Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure a seamless service experience
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
Requirements
- Proven track record in a luxury hotel or resort environment in a bartending role
- Bartending certification or related professional training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive nature with meticulous attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Description

Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 1,800.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a luxury hotel or resort bartending role.
- Bartending certification or related professional training preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive nature with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
