Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista/Waitress located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Barista/Waitress will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and beverages, assisting with food service, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers and collaborating with the team to ensure overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in barista skills and basic food preparation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
