Role Description
- This is an on site, part time role for a Call Center Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage records and data in an organized manner are also required.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for effectively interacting with patients and team members
- Proficiency in Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Prior experience in a call center or customer facing role is preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in healthcare field is preferred.
Salary Range
- 4000 AED to 4500 AED
