- Prepare and serve espresso based beverages, coffee, tea, and other hot and cold drinks according to established standards and recipes
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Customize beverages to meet individual customer preferences while maintaining quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak and off peak hours
- Develop knowledge of coffee varieties, origins, and brewing techniques to educate customers and make recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar café or customer service role (preferred)
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, beverage recipes, and coffee varieties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Reliable cash handling experience and accuracy with transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed
- Saudi National status (required)

Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly and detail oriented Barista to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- You will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced café environment.

- Multilingual abilities in Arabic and English (preferred).
