Overview
- We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Barista to join our dynamic team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you'll be the heart of our café operation, delivering exceptional customer service while crafting high quality specialty beverages.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and beverages with precision and consistency, demonstrating mastery of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Deliver warm, engaging, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
- Assist guests with informed recommendations regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods in a helpful and approachable manner
- Manage all cash transactions, process payments through point of sale systems, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station and café environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, inventory checks, and facility preparation
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during peak and off peak hours
