Seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to French café standards.
- Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their café experience.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, techniques, and new menu items.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of premium cafe or restaurant experience required.
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a premium café or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and latte art.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
