Role Overview
- Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to lead our beverage operations in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
- In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery, staff excellence, and operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage bar staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and professional development to ensure a high performing team.
- Maintain strict inventory control, monitor beverage stock levels, and manage ordering to optimize costs while ensuring product availability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as local Saudi Arabian hospitality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operate and manage point of sale (POS) systems and beverage management software to track sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement beverage menus, including non alcoholic beverages and mocktails, that align with resort standards and guest preferences.
- Monitor and analyze beverage costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to meet financial targets.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on beverage knowledge, service techniques, and customer engagement.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
