Role Overview
- Seeking a motivated Banking Telesales Advisor to promote and sell banking products and services, generate qualified sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Full time position based in Qatar.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in banking telesales, banking sales, or financial services sales is required
- GCC banking experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships
- Knowledge of banking products, sales processes, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
