Role Overview
Join the Banking Operations Division as an experienced Banking Operations Specialist.
Support banking operations involving bank accounts, KYC, SWIFT and SARIE payments, investments, foreign exchange, data analysis, credit cards, and banking relationships.
The division manages payment processes, banking accounts, KYC compliance, account opening and closing, record-keeping, banking contracts, and retail banking services within company premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of bank accounts and maintain accurate records in the banking master database.
- Optimize bank account management, in-house bank, cash pooling, and payment factory processes.
- Support new treasury and banking products and address internal inquiries.
- Maintain AML, KYC, and other regulatory compliance and mitigate fraud, compliance, and cybersecurity risks.
