- Strong debt finance background from a leading law firm; in house experience also considered
- Between 2 4 PQE
- Experience with syndicated lending and LMA documentation
- Commercial, resilient and confident in negotiations

Position Overview
- A major global organisation is seeking a debt finance lawyer to join its Dubai based legal team in a newly created role.
- This position will act as the right hand to the Head of Legal, advising on complex, cross border financings across 80+ jurisdictions.
- The work includes syndicated lending, acquisition finance and negotiation of LMA based documentation, working closely with senior stakeholders and top tier external counsel.
Qualifications
- Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK/AUS/NZ/SG/HK preferred)
- Strong debt finance background from a leading law firm, in house experience also considered
- Between 2 4PQE
- Experience with syndicated lending and LMA documentation
- Commercial, resilient and confident in negotiations
