- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, buns, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products
- Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and production schedules
- Ensure product quality, consistency, taste, and presentation
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, proofers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient and supply requirements
- Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal bakery items when required
- Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in baking or culinary arts is an advantage
- 2–5 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or food production facility
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and commercial bakery equipment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work early morning, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Good time management and attention to detail

Job Summary
